Scope of responsibilities:
- to take part in fulfilling the recruitment projects,
- to identify prospect Clients and set meeting by phone,
- to prepare company documents e.i. reports concerning candidates, job profiles and others,
- to insert CVs and other documents into the database of candidates on-line.
Required competences:
- theoretic knowledge of methods and tools used within recruitment process,
- computer literate
- analytical mind,
- excellent inter-personal skills,
- higher education,
- very good knowledge of foreign language.
