Location:
Warsaw
Scope of responsibilities:
- Management of technological projects (automatisation of the customer service’s processes, circulation of the information and documents, integration of computer systems),
- Day to day contact and co-operation with clients,
- Coordinating and organizing the work of the project team,
- Creating documentation of the projects (including work schedule and cost estimates),
- Supporting the quality management process and development of the expert knowledge.
Required competences:
- 2-3 years work experience (agency – preferable interactive/ being involved in interactive projects),
- Good knowledge of e-marketing market,
- Knowledge of PMBOK, Agile, Prince2 would be an strong asset,
- Knowledge of standard forms and tools of the Internet advertisement,
- Motivation to further professional development,
- Reliability, responsiveness and high motivation,
- Ability of preparing and conducting presentations,
- Strong customer service skills,
- Fluent English.
