Head of Shared Services Subdomain

Scope of responsibilities:
- to coordinate projects within Shared Services subdomain (data warehouse, business intelligence),
- to manage relations with bank's business units according to requested requirements within all initiatives within subdomain,
- to be responsible for delivering solutions fulfilling requirements of bank's business units
- to plan and supervise of absorption of resources (employees, contractors, budget and time) for the projects within subdomain,
- to actively participate in project development which aim to deliver informatics solution supporting work of the bank.
Required competences:
- higher education, preferable: informatics, mathematics, economy,
- at least 5 years of experience within providing informatics projects within banking sector,
- knowledge of business analyses and managing portfolio of projects,
- very good knowledge of data warehouse and business intelligence,
- knowledge od techniques of designing business processes,
- good knowledge of English,
- analytical skills,
- ability to work as part of the team, under time pressure,
- experience in managing a team.
