IMSA International Executive Search

IMSA International Executive Search is an organization which was established over 25 years ago in Switzerland and comprises independent companies which specialize in consulting and top management recruitment. Thanks to joint efforts, IMSA partners identify professionals across the world and subsequently secure their employment, by the same having influence on maximizing their Clients’ opportunities and chances of achieving strategic and operational goals set. The video, which was recorded during IMSA meeting in Marseille, April 2017 is briefly presenting the organization. Monika Ciesielska, President of IMSA
IMSA Poland

A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics (Management) and the University of Gdańsk (Finance). An expert in competency assessment which employs in-house IT systems as well as a consultant with several years’ experience in top management recruitment and development. Monika Ciesielska has been widely published in business press and literature. Monika is an enthusiastic equestrian and a collector of contemporary art; since recently, also a fan of aviation.

Marianna Carbonari, Board Member
IMSA Italy

MBA at SDA Bocconi Milan. Marianna has built up more than 15 years of experience managing structured, complex executive search projects. She has carried out more than 400 searches to identify the best managerial profiles in the main industries of the Italian market. She has been involved in complex market research both nationally and internationally, as well as salary benchmarks and corporate governance projects.

Lizette Ibarra, Board Member
IMSA Mexico

With over 19 years of progressive experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, Lizette has occupied throughout her career strategic positions in the area of Human Capital for various multinational companies and was previously a partner of an international executive recruiting firm in San Diego, CA. Lizette has successfully recruited more than 120 executive-level searches and has contributed to the placement of more than 2,500 professionals during her career. She also recently attended the “Leading Professional Service Firms” program at Harvard Business School in Boston and was listed in 2011 as one of the most promising entrepreneurs by Mexico’s business authority magazine CNN-Expansion.

Wolfgang Kasper, Board Member
IMSA Germany

A graduate of University of the Federal Armed Services in Hamburg. Wolfgang has wide experience within recruiting professionals on the highest level of management, as well as the business background gained in optical and medical equipment sectors, mainly holding managerial positions from sales and marketing. Wolfgang is the co-founder of the Schaaf Peemöller + Partner located in Frankfurt.

Jerry Chang, Board Member
IMSA China

A graduate of Kellogg-UST eMBA program, was a qualified and practicing Chartered Accountant in Australia and a Certified Public Accountant in the US. Jerry has over 15 years of executive search experience in Asia. He has worked in Sydney, Los Angeles, Shanghai and currently managing Barons' Hong Kong/China office. He was trained from BIG 4 accounting firm Deloitte and eventually moved into commercial role taking up senior positions like CFO, General Manager in both multinational and domestic corporations.

Thierry Goder, Board Member
IMSA Mauritius

Thierry studied Law and Human Resources and has also an engineering background. He has been involved in recruitment assignments for Government bodies, International NGO’S and private sector organisations in Mauritius and abroad. He has supported various Ministries and Government Agencies as a Facilitator on Interview Panels. He conducted various recruitment assignments for some Multinational companies and leading firms in Mauritius and in Africa at Senior Management level. Thierry is a certified user of the DDI Targeted Selection programme – a comprehensive competency based selection model.
