We are welcoming Monika Balawender, hired on the position of Junior Executive Search Consultant. Monika graduated Warsaw School of Social Sciences and Humanities, gaining master of science diploma. Her main areas of interests became social and business psychology, together with HR counselling and trainings. Since December 2010 she actively participates in recruitments on various levels of management and supports Carpenter's team within assessing competencies of managers.

The intership program at Carpenter Consulting is characterised by large variety of given tasks. Trainees are able to assist Senior Consultants in the process of recruitment, participate in meetings with candidates, observe assessments and developments. The intership gives them bases to start a full time job in the recruitment agency, improves their competencies and provides the knowledge of becoming independent Consultant - working individually on the recrutiment projects.
