Carpenter welcomes Jakub Rzepka, hired on the position of Executive Search Consultant. Jakub graduated Social Science's Faculty of Wszechnica Polska College and M.A. of Human Resources Management at Romuald Kudlinski’s Olympus University. Additionally he accomplished post-graduate studies within Project Management at the Warsaw University.

Jakub is experienced within sales and marketing activities, as well as assessing competencies of managers and specialists i.a. financial sector. He coordinated events related to Human Resources Management. Possess knowledge concerning efficient acting of the project teams and using tools and techniques of project management. Currently, Jakub is improving the skills and knowledge related to the „Employer Branding: Recruitment Marketing”.
