Carpenter Consulting is launching – Search & Selection department.

„Opening of the new department comes straight from expectations of our clients, who frequently started to ask us for conducting recruitments of specialists and lower level staff. Search & Selection model was implemented few months ago already and we ae sure that it will fit our offer perfectly. Our assumption is to fulfill all Human Resources needs of our clients” tells Monika Ciesielska, President of Carpenter Consulting.

Till now, Carpenter Consulting was mainly specializing in Executive Search recruitments of top management, and judging their competences by using particular tools.
