Carpenter is shining in 2012
A lot has happened in the Polish and international business arena in 2012. After UEFA Euro 2012, Poland has joined the countries struggling with the crisis. However, we are doing quite fine, as in the case of Carpenter is undoubtedly thanks to the team and our clients. The number of clientas has increasing as well and we started cooperating with: BRE Group, Merck, DeLonghi, Hochland, Bakoma, and Animex.

Last year is marked by recruitments of middle and senior management, which stands as most frequently performed service among others provided by the Carpenter. A large part of the process was carried out basing on the AC Recruitments, a combination of executive search process and individual assessment of short-listed candidates. Would be hard to quote the entire list of processes closed successfully, but we are showing off with selected ones:

In 2012 we have also launched, together with 44GROUP, authoring tool of 360 degrese on-line. This tool allows us to assess competencies of employees by their superiors, subordinates, colleagues, and themselves, by filling out a questionnaire available through a web browser. We have the ability to create language version of the questionnaire, which has already resulted in reviews of managers internationally.

What will 2013 bring? With no doubt Carpenter will continue to grow in the recruitment of middle and top management. Additionally we are planning to focus on the 360 degrees evaluation, AC / DC and outplacement - services that we are providind for years. However, we have some innovative ideas as well. We are planning to launch a new business line. We will be more specific  in March :)
