Carpenter Consulting Sp. z o. o. is a trusted consulting body working in C-level executive and management recruitment as well as in professional development, rendering its services to prestigious international and Polish companies.

Carpenter Consulting was founded in 2005. The company's founders from the beginning had an ambitious goal of ensuring global reach in order to facilitate implementation of recruitment and development projects across various countries. This goal was achieved in 2010 when Carpenter became a partner of IMSA International Executive Search, a Swiss-based company, thus opening doors for Carpenter Consulting to international recruitment. IMSA is comprised of many companies from over 20 countries, which specialize in Executive Search. In April 2017, Monika Ciesielska was appointed a President of the Management Board at IMSA, which allowed her to have a say in the shape of the organization as well as about cooperation and exchange of best practices between member countries.

Areas of expertise

Our consulting projects span every area of company operations, including sales, marketing, logistics, production, administration, IT, legal matters, and procurement. Our services predominantly focus on Executive Search. Additionally we measure skills of managers through Managerial Audits and take managers through the outplacement process.
Our goal is to find a perfect fit between expectations, requirements and assumptions that an organization has set for a prospective manager and the individual’s capabilities, knowledge, and skills. We search for effective managers, visionaries, strategists, and inspirational leaders who will be able to translate their skills and values into a measurable success of an organization and its employees.

Our success

  • In 2010, Carpenter Consulting became member of IMSA International Executive Search, having exclusivity of the Polish market.
  • In 2013, as the first headhunting company in the Polish market, we carried out a satisfaction survey among candidates who had been part of our recruitment processes. We asked for their comments about the quality of our work and particularly our communication style, about how feedback as well as information on the target job position was communicated, and how competencies were measured.   • In 2013, Carpenter Consulting came second among all Executive Search companies operating in Poland as seen in The Book of Lists 2013, published in Warsaw Business Journal.
  • In 2013, Monika Ciesielska became Board Member of IMSA International Executive Search.
  • In 2014 we received the award in a competition organized by the Association of Employment Agencies, for their active participation in social media.
  • In 2015, Carpenter Consulting came second among all Executive Search companies operating in Poland as seen in The Book of Lists 2015, published in Warsaw Business Journal.​
