Assessment Centre is prepared by separate team of assessors, who has nothing in common with the first stage of recruitment, which is Executive Search. Mentioned procedure enables keeping clear and impartial judgment of candidates competence. Short Listed and accepted 3-4 candidates, take part in individual Assessment. The cases are prepared to demonstrate situations possible to occur while working on the position, inside of the organization similar to the Clients one. The decision is made basing on the extensive reports, composed with the competence key.
