	Monika Ciesielska President of the Management Board University of Gdańsk graduate with the specialization within financial analyses. Received master degree at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a personnel counseling professional with many years of experience within fulfilling recruitment projects, based on Executive Search methodology for top management and managers. An expert of assessing competences with use of copyright informatics systems and the advisor within human resources management. Author of many press publications for trade papers and business oriented. Member of the The Polish Business Roundtable Club, Management Mastery Club of Harvard and the Polish Human Resources Management Association. Communicates in Polish, English and Russian. Each free moment she spends in a horsey club, where together with her horse Wichor, they are training dressage. Seasonally skis. Owns second chess category.
	Joanna Chrobak Recruitment Team Manager Higher School of Management and Administration of Leon Koźmiński graduate, within Human Resources Management. Finished postgraduate studies of Managing the Organizations. Participated in plenty of courses e.i. recruitment and selection methodology, building and implementing motivation and labour assessment systems. Possess long practical experience within individual sales and marketing activities and people management. Experience within recruitment gained in the multinational personnel counseling firm. She is a member of the Polish Human Resources Management Association. Communicates in Polish and German. In private, she is a Mom of two daughters - Karolina and Ola. They spend each free moment by acting together – swimming, running, skiing. Italy is her true passion - it’s culture, kitchen and history.
	Monika Pylińska Executive Search Consultant Graduated from the Warmińsko-Mazurski University in Olsztyn with the master degree. In 2006 has finished postgraduate studies at Kozminski University in Warsaw. First steps at human resources branch made at international company specializing within recruitment and selection of managerial staff and specialists. Fulfilled recruitment processes on different types of positions in various branches, basing on the executive search methodology. The knowledge within assessing competence of employees, gained while participating in creating specialized tools. Communicates in Polish and English. Privately, as a Mom of two boys, she loves showing them the beauty of our country (what she finds quite a challenge according to their age). From her passion to canoeing, she kept love to the nature – natural and undestroyed by a human.
	Marta Czopek Executive Search Consultant Graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow with the master degree in Psychology, with the specialization of Managing Change and postgraduate studies of Human Resources Management. Professional experience within the HR branch gained while opening a new department of the consulting firm specializing within recruitments employees to the Spanish market. Fulfilled many recruitment projects for specialists and managerial positions, while working in an international HR company. Participated in Assessment Center sessions as an assessor, created descriptions of posts and coordinated recruitment projects. Her passion to HR in general, flourished during studies, when she was an active member of the NEOLUTION - student organization. She communicates in Polish and English. She is passionate about Japanese culture and its cuisine. She spends her free time actively outdoors whit friends. When staying home, she creates unique handmade jewellery.

PHRMA is the oldest and the biggest Polish organization associating HR professionals. It was founded by a group of HR Managers, who wanted to develop Polish human resources management.
