Carpenter Consulting is the expert in the area of assessing competence of managers and specialists. Since launching company in 2005, we improve and develop our services basing on the knowledge and experience of people connected with the company.

We recruit top and middle level professionals and specialists using Executive Search methodology. We advise and conduct projects within assessing competence by Assessment and Development Centre, Management Auditing and 360° Assessment. We provide copyright tasks and tools in each mentioned area of assessment. We create Job profiles, calculate Recruitment Leverage, conduct Staff Opinion Survey and support our Clients within Outplacement.

Carpenter Consulting, together with international specialists, have prepared individual program named "Career Coach", which is directed to managers who mindfully manage their careers.
